“Look at that face. Could it be sweeter or more loving? A more loyal companion?

A happier, happy-to-know-you kind of attitude?”

Cookie Fleck, “Best in Show”, the movie.

My Goal:

To provide people with a lasting reminder of the joy that they share with their pet.

My wife and I have had two dogs since we’ve been married. One very different from

the other but so special in their own way. Our first dog Casey was an

angel. She eventually became a visiting therapy dog in the Caring Canines program.

Abbey, our current dog, is the opposite.

She was my inspiration for creating pet portraits. One afternoon, I came home to discover that

she had managed to climb onto a table, and consume 16 individually wrapped chocolate balls

within the 30 minutes I was away. When I got home from the veterinarian’s office, I sketched a quick cartoon

of Abbey and sent it to my wife for laughs. You can check it out @chucklarsonart.
